Paris Miki Hawaii participates and accepts HMSA (EYEMED) which is the most major insurance plan in Hawaii. HMSA (EYEMED) Akamai Advantage for our Seniors is also accepted.

In addition, we also accept HMAA, PSWA, UHA, UHC, VSP and more, but are Out-of-Network providers, meaning we accept, file claims and reimbursements. Please contact your vision provider directly to check your eligibility and benefits.

Furthermore we accept Flex Spending Account (FSA), you are more than welcome to use those dollars here. Better yet, if you have FSA and vision insurance, you can combine both for additional savings.
